Training And Products

​​EMI SIG subcommittees are tirelessly working to develop and share training courses and products that can be used across the DOE Enterprise.  We currently have 27 courses and products available in our Training ​and Products library.  These include online co​urses, ​​assessment guides, qualification standards, informational brochures and presentations, and applications.

Online courses have been developed on a variety of topics including exercise design, emergency public information and program administration. There is a series of introductory courses on each of the DOE Program Elements that are current and aligned with DOE O 151.1D​.  Under development is a course designed for field personnel on how to conduct a hazards survey.

Guides, Job Aids and Templates are available for a variety of emergency management activities.  Why reinvent the wheel? We might already have a tried and true template you can tailor to your needs.
Applications available to you include; a Social Media simulator,​ and a searchable database of Protective Action Criteria. In development,​ is the Chemical Screening Repository and the Chemical Mixture Methodology Wizard.
